Contracted thru Tech Data's subsidiary AVT Technology Solutions LLC. The re-seller is free to markup pricing to the end-customer.

| Coverage Type | Description |
| 7x24x4 | Telephone support available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. On-site hardware maintenance within four hours of the time provider receives the initial service request/support call and has performed problem/part determination unless the support call is resolved by phone support or the customer has deferred service. |
| 5x9xNBD | Telephone support available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time (excluding holidays). On-site hardware maintenance for covered equipment at the contract location the next business day**. “By appointment” next business day coverage can be provided. |

Quote is the re-seller price (without end-user markup).
Volume discounts applied. Extra-large volume deals can be customized or special bid.
What's included?
L1-3 phone or e-mail support, parts, logistics, service dispatch & on-site break-fix services. Defective part pickup by technician (or return shipping label).
